Footpath in front of 21 Hamsterly Park, NN3 5DA is sinking near manhole causing flooding to property of elderly person when heavy rainfall. It is also a trip hazard as there is a drop of several inches

Whilst we appreciate and understands your concerns about the condition of the footpath in this section of Hamsterly Park; we can confirm that this land is privately owned. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the adjoining private landowner to carry out remedial works and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. To achieve the best resolution to this matter, we politely advise that you to contact them directly.
