Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2885849.

I reported this yesterday but it has been completely ignored and the report 'cleared'. WNC is not being honest and is endangering it's residents.

As WNC is in denial this time I attached two photos. One shows the 'garden' growing a couple of inches below the gully. The other shows rainwater passing straight over the gully and not doing the job for which it is designed.

As WNC seem unwilling to do it's duty, I will also be forwarding these to the local councillors.

Seriously, what is the point of this service if the response is to lie?
