  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation on Calvert Road; specifically that branches are being knocked off causing a hazard. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the tree you have identified is not on the adopted highway and is within someone’s private residence. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we will write to the resident requesting that their vegetation is cut back from the footway within the next 14 days.
