Overgrown tree branches and Rotting roots

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2891423.
Customer called us at the Guildhall Contact centre with a Ref no ( TRE003351 ) logged by Highways dept to about this tree highlighted. Our Dept has inspected and closed the case as NOT Our responsibility. However, on Fix my street tree shows in Yellow dots as Highways maintained.
Please note : Customer lives at 17 Countess Road NN5 7DY and the tree is at the back of her property boundary line- tree requires trim job as Large overgrown tree branches are entering into customers backyard and causing lots of mess & causing issues with parking. Alternatively - customer stated the roots are rotting or having lots of mould - where mould is now affecting her own property.
Kindly ensure that inspection of the Tree is done and actioned accordingly.
