Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2893485.
The CT1 footpath at Hannington which runs from the Walgrave Road to the Mere has become overgrown with nettles, thistle’s and brambles where the route has been newly enclosed between two wire fences. This vegetation also covers some deep rabbit/badger holes in the path. If this path is not cleared it will soon become completely impassible .

Thanks for reporting this we will be making a site visit and report back to you as soon as we know what action can be taken. We have made a site visit to the location and this route is not on a current mowing program due to access problems with stiles preventing access with a mower but we do hope to get this cleared within the next 4 to 6 weeks and will be strumming the path.
