Blocked drain causing flooding

Reported via desktop in the Blocked - flooding private property category anonymously at 09:12, Thursday 29 July 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2898700.

Our driveway has been flooded twice in one week including today, from an overflowing drain on the adjacent pavement. Only a few minutes of heavy rain is enough to cause this drain to overflow and send filthy water down our drive because of the gradient at this point, leaving a filthy residue to clear up. This was a regular problem a few years ago, until the street drains were properly cleared out for a long distance down the road. The problem has clearly returned again and requires the same remedy.
