Overgrown hedges blocking footpath

Hi Myself and a number of neighbours would like to report an issue with neighbours hedge / shrubbery invading the public footpath along Rothersthorpe Road making it difficult to pass as a foot passenger, buggies or electric mobility scooters. It is also difficult to maintain social distance also does not help when you are 6ft tall or when it rains and you need to walk on the grass.. Please see attached photos. [Image] [Image] [Image] [Image] The neighbours these shrubs relate to are Nos 8 and 10 Lauderdale Avenue NN4 8RL Could you arrange to have someone speak with the neighbours to take action or have the council cut these shrubs back an invoice the owners.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. A letter has been sent to the relevant homeowner requesting that the overhanging vegetation is cut back. A revisit will be carried out 14 days after the receipt of the letter.

    I logged this over a month ago. Still not sorted. Its getting really difficult to get around now. Needs sorting ASAP.
