• Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of Rectory Close; specifically, a subsidence you feel has developed. We are pleased to confirm that the defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should hopefully be completed within a months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
