Camber on road high

Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 16:19, Friday 6 August 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2919248.

Since having a driveway and drop kerb put in Nov 2020, the camber of the road is causing the bottom of cars to scrape when pulling in and out of the driveway, which is causing potential damage to residents and guest vehicles. Please as part of the resurfacing of the road in Aug 2021 can the camber be reduced

  • Good Afternoon Mr Hamilton with reference to our telephone conversation today (13.08.21) i have advised you that the canvas of the carriageway cannot be lower and the transaction between the carriageway and your residence would be much smother as cobbles on front of the property were removed and the carriageway is extended to dropped kerb.
