Thank you for your query to Northamptonshire Highways requesting the introduction of measures to keep the access to the car parking area to Flats 11-11D Castle Street free from parked vehicles. We will arrange for our roadmarking contractor, when next undertaking other works in the area, to install a white “H” bar across this access to indicate the extents that should be kept clear of parked vehicles so residents can maintain access at all times.
