Cycle path and footpath leading from roundabout and underpass near towcester road cemetery all the way to queen eleanor roundabout including past abbeyfield school overgrown and dangerous. nr collisons between pedestrians and cyclists

  • Thank you for your further comments. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of cycleway in this area of Mere Way; specifically, that you feel it has been obstructed by vegetation. We can confirm a works order has been raised to cut back the overhanging vegetation, in the next six months, under our maintenance programme. Usually, we find these defects are tended to by 13 weeks. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
