Debris left behind after installation of pavement

Reported via mobile in the Weeds category anonymously at 07:04, Tue 17 August 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2939804.

The photos show vegetation and rubble left behind by highways workmen after installing a stretch of pavement. It is likely to impede drainage of the road into the brook, at a location that has flooded regularly in recent years. Could this unsightly mess be cleared up please? Pavement is fab though!

  • Thank you for your enquiry, after checking through our post completion site photos that were taken before we left site. We believe that the waste that was reported within the verge in Townsend Lane was put there by an unknown source after we had left site and subsequently was not left by our sub-contractor.
