Cut branches on verge

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2940175.

On 22/07/21 a tree fell and blocked road. Whilst the road was cleared, the cut branches have been left on verge, which means that pedestrians are unable to step out of way of traffic (no footpath).
