Shame there is no option to reply to the previous report.
Perhaps it would be helpful to meet our staff on site to show you the damaged cable as it is likely to have been taken down/ tied up by the engineer for safety but I can guarantee that the tree has caused the cable to snap and cut our customers off from their alarm system. I have added a photo showing the tree with the nearby pole and the cable in-tact running through it - this is from google maps so the cable must have now been removed.
We are unable to continue with the repair as long as this tree is in this location. Attached is also a snip of the quote from Tunstall explaining why they are not able to repair our cables due to the tree in the way.

Hi there.
Is there any update to this please as we have a customer with no alarm system and our contractor Tunstall waiting to repair the cable - they cannot do this until the tree has been removed.
Thanks,
Nic

Thank you for your further enquiry. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation on Marlow Road; specifically that the tree outside number 51 and 52 needs to be removed in order to replace an overhead cable. We appreciate your concerns and can confirm that the vegetation in this area is programmed to be removed, in the next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Good morning,
Is there any update to this issue please?
Our scheme is still down at the moment and my colleague reported on Thursday of last week that there has been no change.
Thanks,
Nic
