Hedge overgrown & grass grown overpath

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 07:48, Tuesday 31 August 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2968195.

The brambles and narrowing of the footpath where the grass has grown over the tarmac mean that you cannot walk along the path on the tarmac without getting snagged. Impossible for a pushchair or wheelchair user to use the footpath.
