Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 22:59, Tuesday 31 August 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2970781.
The first field on the byway coming from the Nobottle Road is exceptionally rutted from vehicle tracks, some half a foot deep. It's becoming dangerous to horses and I should think walkers also should they loose their footing.
Both gates also to this field at the top and bottom are not user friendly to horse riders making the track virtually impossible to use without having to get off and then not being able to remount safely especially at the Nobottle end where the traffic is exceptionally fast.
This has been an ongoing issue numerous years ie over 10 years!
