Surface of Pavement Crumbling and Broken UP

Reported via desktop in the Pothole / Failed Reinstatement category anonymously at 19:22, Thu 2 September 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2975340.

The pavement surface at this location was in a rather poor state before the Gigaclear men turned up to lay fibre-optic cable, but the work by Gigaclear has made things a good deal worse. The surface of the pavement is crumbling and breaking away, and in fact one can easily prize up slabs of tarmac with one's hand or foot. Now the only decent bit of surface on the pavement is the new tarmac laid by Gigaclear. The pavement is now rather hazardous. Please see photographs.
