Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2979695.
Owergrown tree (on public footpath) leaning towards private property and garden and the roots damaged private paved garden and fence allready.
Due to the size of the tree and unmanaged branches for years, the tree is fully preventing light/sun from private garden/ property throughout the day.
The ,,Rights to light" act (Law Commisons Act 1965) should apply by law and their for the tree should be managed and the issue should be looked at and sorted ASAP. Thank you
