Two steep banks

Reported via mobile in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 10:27, Monday 6 September 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2981859.

Here there are two very steep banks. From the Cold Ashby side it is possible to descend the bank but it is really very unsafe. There have been stakes and rope put up to prevent you using an adjacent bit of bank which is a bit better. It is very unsafe to decend this bank in the wet as the horses slip.

The bank in the other side is so steep that it can only be approached from the Codl Ashby side ie upwards, even then the horses slip in the wet.

This bank means the bridle way can only be used in one direction.
