Loose Tarmac - Dangerous

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2998551.

As you drive into Cedar Close from Lodge Road, the pedestrian pavement on the right has an area of around 36" x 24" of loose broken lumps of tamac that is dangerous to pedestrians, particularly the elderly who frequent Cedar Close. The issue has been getting worse and worse for a month now.
