Sign causing confusion on Cedar Gate

Reported via desktop in the Obscured by vegetation or Dirty category anonymously at 10:04, Tue 14 September 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2999734.

A sign located at the what3words address 'motel.news.chest' recently placed on manning road, moulton is rather confusing. it looks to the unaware as if an existing part of manning road has been incorporated in the new cedar gate development, which is at the end of manning road! obviously this is not correct and is causing some confusion when deliveries are being made. additionally, google maps has been updated to reflect this error, further adding to the confusion. the sign makes it look as if everything to the right of the t junction is cedar gate, when in fact the sign would be more appropriate if it read 'manning road, leading to cedar gate'. i would appreciate you looking into this as it is causing concern for my elderly in laws who rely on home deliveries and have already had a parcel wrongly delivered. this is a link to the google maps image of the incorrect sign.
