Overgrown trees and hedge covering village entrance sign

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 10:18, Wednesday 15 September 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3002295.

On entering Chacombe using the Middleton Road the village entrance sign (as you approach the corner as marked on the map) and wooden gates have become hidden by overgrown trees and hedges. We require all of the overgrown foliage to be taken back by a minimum of 2 meters from the verge. We intend to enhance the existing entrance gates to improve speed awareness and require the verge to be returned to a flat clear area to allow regular maintenance. This requirement has already been discussed with District Council
