Out-of-place drain cover

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3005787.

As you enter Admirals Way from the roundabout you can see a drain cover on the left side of the pavement that is out of place. The metal cover has flipped and is standing upright in the hole.
