Bollard Knocked down AGAIN.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3011481.
The bollard out side 151 Mill Rd Kettering the corner of Fuller street & Mill road Has just been knock over. AGAIN. There is a large piece of tarmac sticking up and there is a hole now exposed. A trip hazard to all. Also outside a school. This needs to be fixed. A white van has done this today Sunday 19/9/21.

This bollard is needed as it is the only thing that protects the public from vehicles cutting the corner (Which has happened when it was missing) as there is no curb which helps keep people cutting the corner. Also hitting the corner of the house 151 Mill Rd.
