Overgrown vegetation obstructing highway

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3020397.
Hedge between oak Grove Farm ( chicken farm) and Silverthorpe on Abthorpe Road encroaching onto highway making it dangerous for horseriding, pedestrians and cyclists ( will damage cars too). It needs cutting back before birds re nest.( wildlife and countryside act 1980). It is highway!

Thank you for your enquiry. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation on Abthorpe Road; specifically, that you feel it is encroaching onto the highway. We appreciate your concerns and can confirm that the vegetation in this area is programmed to be removed, in the next 6 months, under our maintenance programme.
