Obstruction on shared cycleway

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3050355.

I wish to bring to your attention a couple of obstructions on the shared cycleway that runs alongside the a427, from llyods road roundabout to weldon. just after the entrance to tata steel going towards weldon there is a willow branch down and fully obstructs the narrow path. secondly a tree has fallen right across the path and verge and goes slightly into the road.
