The tree is over grown out telephone line. By have repaired 3times and I’ve reported this back in March and was told it was going to be sorted within six months and it hasn’t. By have said they will not repair again unless the tree is trimmed back so it’s not hitting the line.

  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We are pleased to confirm that works are planned to be undertaken to maintain this tree. The necessary works will be carried out within the next 6 months. Usually, we find these defects are tended to by 13 weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
