Hedges encroaching into road

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 17:48, Sunday 10 October 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3052498.

The homeowner who had been blamed for not cutting thee back has now done so up to their boundary. The vegetation left is adjacent to an attenuation zone, clearly not their fault, but the councils. It is an obstruction due to cars being parked on the road, with limited squeeze by space and sharp foliage likely to damage cars. Please cut back hard. If the council are unable to accept this responsibility and fix, after multiple reports and warnings Its a matter of time before a serious incident occurs, and be held liable.
