Heavy branches of the tree are significantly overhanging House and also powerline.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We are pleased to confirm that works are planned to be undertaken to maintain this tree. The necessary works will be carried out within the next 6 months. Usually, we find these defects are tended to by 13 weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Apologies for the last response. It was sent in error. This is the correct response: Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the tree in this location. We can confirm that a site visit has been undertaken to determine which tree attention. Subsequently, we are pleased to advise that a tree report will be carried out by our specialist arboriculturist contractor. Any recommended tree works identified in the report will be programmed to be carried out; this should be concluded within 6 months. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
