  • Thank you for your enquiry. We understand you have concerns about tree roots damaging the brickwork to a private property. To expedite this matter further, we kindly advise that you would need to contact you household insurer, as we don’t undertake works to discount interference from a highway asset such as a tree. Should your insurers wish to contact our insurers, this can be done via any claim against Northamptonshire Highways for damages as a potential result of this issue. An insurance claim form can be request via highways.ncc@westnorthamptonshire.gov.uk.
