Reported via desktop in the Damaged/Loose category anonymously at 12:06, Friday 15 October 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3064200.

I am a wheelchair user and i have a slope outside my driveway, the issue is- where the slope meets the pavement, the concrete has crumbled and there is a hole as a chunk of concrete is missing and i have already caught my wheels in it a few times, i am worried that i am going to go flying as this is very dangerous, or some school kids are going to take a tumble.
