36 Lowry Close has a patch of waste ground adjacent to their property, they taken out shrubs & bushes which has left stumps sticking out of the ground and the rubbish litter everywhere, this area is now dangerous and needs to be completely cut down and cleared. Also brambles growing from this property onto pavement are dangerous.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation on this section of pathway. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we have written to the resident requesting that the vegetation is cut back within the next 14 days.
