Filter arrows not coming on

Reported via mobile in the Signal Failure category anonymously at 10:49, Saturday 16 October 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3065713.

The filters arrows on the traffic lights for turning off the Harlestone Road into Lodge Farm/Duston sometimes do not turn on and the lights change straight to red. This means cars are signalled to go from Lodge farm/Duston while there is still a queue of cars in the filter boxes. This junction sees a lot of accidents and someone was recently killed here
