Slabbed footpath dangerous

Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 13:30, Wednesday 20 October 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3074118.

URGENT re extension of current works being carried out on Pennine Way, Kettering that are due to finish on 29.10.2021. Works are currently underway in Pennine Way to remove the existing slabbed footpaths and replace with tarmac'd ones. I am asking that the slabbed footpaths on Chiltern Road and Rockingham Road slip road ( from 254-264 ) be included in the works. Some of the slabs are even more dangerous than the ones you are replacing on Pennine Way. I am making the assumption that the current works are not including the areas I have mentioned because there has been no blue spraying on the paths to identify the utilities as was done for Pennine way. We have old people living on this slip road and I can't understand why this hasn't been included. The paths are very uneven. We pay the same council tax as everybody else - has it not been considered because the slip road is a dead end and therefor only serves the residents of 254-264. With regards to chiltern road - this is using frequently by many people. Please clarify the situation for me.
