Concrete bollard knocked down and is covering footpath and is out of the ground. is a hazard to both cars and pedestrians. needs to be cleared and replaced.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We understand you are concerned about a fallen bollard on Hemans Road. Whilst we appreciate and sympathise with your comments, our inspector has visited the location and has been unable to locate the defects that you have reported. If the bollard is still covering the footpath, we kindly request that you take pictures of the defect, when safe to do so. Subsequently, some customers find it useful to utilise the functions available via the ‘What3words’ website for a specific pinpoint. Thank you for your co-operation.
