Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3077651.
This relates to the my previous report 3047110. Whist the trees may be from a property owner, it covers the public footpath preventing it being used as the Local Authority intended. The property should ensure he keeps the vegetation cut back so that footpath can be used. if he does not the Local Authority must intervene and ensure it is. We will soon be approaching the winter period and the ability to walk along the footpath should not be restricted, just because of the property owner failure to maintain the vegetation.
