Overgrowth of shrub on junction of Towcester Road and Hunsbury Hill Road

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 13:34, Friday 22 October 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3078353.

As a mobility scooter user this shrub is blocking the footpath making it hard to get past. It also has sharp thorns which also make it difficult to push past as is at my head height. It would also be an issue for partially sighted people as well as the general public. This area has been steadily getting more problematic over the last months. Some branches are thin and the images show some of the problem. The debris over the footpath is also bad and also needs clearing
