  • Something strange here. In the report for the opposite 40 mph sign National Highways state it is the responsibility of Northamptonshire County Council.

  • Sign was put in as part of the bypass works by NCC and has been covered since. Instead of fighting just go an clean it. While your at it you can clean the rest of the signs in the county as they are filthy
