Over growth of vegetation onto pathway

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3081296.
This has been growing for sometime and is now covering two thirds of the public pathway. It poses a danger to the public particularly if wet. The problem is outside the house 27 Sir John Pascoe way , Duston.

Thank you for your enquiry. A letter has been sent to the relevant homeowner requesting that the overhanging vegetation is cut back. A revisit will be carried out 14 days after the receipt of the letter.

14/12 Passed to Regulation Team for further enforcement. Letter to householder to be sent week commencing 13/12 and final inspection to be carried out week commencing 27/12

17/01 A further site visit has been carried out and the vegetation has not been cut back enough. A further letter ahs been sent and a further site visit will be carried out week commencing 07/02
