Raised ironwork

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3084422.

At the corner of Abington Avenue just passed the furniture shop I tripped on raised ironwork of a cover. I was thrown to the floor hurting and grazing left wrist, banged my head, left winded for several minutes unable to move. Fortunately a female passerby stopped with me until I was ready and managed to get up. I’ve taken a photograph of the cover and my injuries.

    Adding to my report my wrist has swollen and the bruising has started, my right shoulder is painful and stiffing, my ribs (right side) and left arm are also painful. I had to take co-codamol last night and will again tonight. I’ve also had to book an appointment with my physio due to the pain and discomfort. I’ve attached a number of photos to show my injuries and the location.
