Telegraph poles have been placed by resident of Winwick at side of road to prevent vehicles encroaching on verge.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3090681.

The poles have been propped up with large stones/rubble. Damage to vehicles likely and by forcing vehicles to park further into the lane the risk of collision with large lorries trying to pass will be very likely. Urgent assessment requested please.
