Cover/road has sunk

Reported via desktop in the Loose / Raised/Sunken category by Peter Bradbury at 10:56, Sun 31 October 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3094408.

I have reported this previously and was advised it doesn’t come into your remit because it hasn’t sunk enough. Well now it’s even worse. Every time I virtually have to stop when I drive over it, and recently had a driver who nearly went into the back of my car. I’m sure if this had happened my insurance company would be in touch with the Council. Please sort this sunken metal cover, it just by the Speed hump going in the direction of Niort way to Harrowden rd, and just before Littledale.

  • Can I ask has anyone tried to drive a car to go over the speed hump, then you will see how the car drops down into the dip.
