Over hanging shrubbery & thorns

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 09:29, Thu 4 November 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3103735.

The path is unusable for pedestrians, cyclists or e-scooters as the overgrown and over hanging vegetation prevents this. Its poorly lit so you don't see the hanging thorns before it's too late at night.
