27 Main Street has built a block paving onto the public pathway and drives over it regularly to access property NN7 4SG

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 10:30, Thu 4 November 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3103930.

Due to not putting in drop kerb at 27 the owner of 27 has been using the dropped kerb at 26 Moss Bank. No 27 has also made a block paved drive to meet their neighbours dropped kerb and it has been made into the public pathway. This is causing problems for the new residents/owners of number 26. Please investigate and have the pathway reinstated and advise the residents at 27 not to be driving their vehicles on either the public pathway or private property.

  • Disappointing that the original view by date of 4th December was deferred, as the situation is/will be on-going regardless of the landlord being informed that this is an illegal act & ask his tenant to stop this manoeuvre. Can you please confirm where the new view date is in your diary, so that we can get this problem resolved. Note - I also have video evidence of the act.
