Just after the corner past the turn to mears Ashby there is a mass of tree branches from I assume a damaged tree

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3105518.

I don’t use this road but last night I had to pick my husband up from his friends garage and it was dark driving on moonshine way after the turning to meats Ashby and after the corner mass of jagged broken branches that I saw last minute could not swing out to avoid as on coming traffic so has to drive against them Damage to my car in terms of deep scratches How do I claim for this
