Continued obstruction of bridleway

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3120743.

Previously reported under number 2690418. The barriers at either end of the bridleway have not been altered as advised on 22nd July as the action deemed necessary. Vehicles continue to park on the bridleway and bins are routinely left on there by the residents. The bridleway has been unable for well over a year now.
