City fibre have removed paving slabs and replaced with tarmac

Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category by Claire Tansley at 12:36, Tue 16 November 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3126744.

As reported by many others on Birchfield road cityfibre have now done the same on Collingwood road and are continuing to do so. They have uplifted and disposed of paving slabs in keeping with the Victorian streets and replaced with unsightly tarmac. They have also blocked and cemented over the drainage gulleys in the middle of the paths allowing rainwater to run away from the houses.
