Flooding next to crossing

The pedestrian crossing outside Kingsthorpe Grove Primary School, floods when it rains, you cannot press the button to cross or you will get soaked in water if a car passes, this has been an ongoing issue as the road is not flat and it does not drain correctly, the water just pools by the dropped kerb
