Fire hydrant tarmacked over

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 10:52, Fri 19 November 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3132531.

It appears someone has tarmacked over the fire hydrant opposite No. 13 Reedway Northampton. Northants fire & rescue require this to be rectified immediately as it is needed for emergency water. Please arrange for this to be sorted or we will need to arrange the road to be dug up ourselves. This seems to happen a lot do you not have people checking the works?
