Path diverted by landowner ?

Reported via desktop in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 17:55, Thursday 25 November 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3143607.

From the point indicated a dog leg has been formed in the path. It is either a definitive map error or the landowner has introduced it to avoid an extension of his garden. Either the path needs a legal diversion to its present line, or the original route should be restored. The landowner should be responsible for any costs if a diversion order is required.
